AmaWaterways was the first river cruise line to be inducted into the prestigious gastronomic society La Chaine des Rotisseurs, with their exquisite, locally-sourced cuisine that brings cultural immersion to the table.

Fresh, local ingredients in regionally-inspired dishes are paired at lunch and dinner with fine wines, (beer at dinner), and soft drinks, so you can be as healthy or indulgent as you like. Special dietary needs are accommodated, so you know you'll be well taken care of.

The Main Restaurant offers a la carte dining at every meal, including a multi-course dinner. They serve amazing dishes, a combination of regional dishes plus western fare.

The Chef's Specialty Table Restaurant is included in the cruise fare for an alternate fine dining experience. The Maitre d' introduces each course
